How do I send a fax?

Fax delivery can fail when a recipient number is invalid, busy, unavailable, or rejects the transmission. Check the number and retry. If it keeps failing, contact support with the job ID.
Receive features may require an active plan and an assigned fax number. Availability, area options, and limits may vary by subscription and region.
FaxPro processes selected files so they can be prepared, transmitted, displayed in history, and used for troubleshooting. Keep your own records when required.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can view, cancel, or restore purchases from your Apple ID subscription settings or from the FaxPro subscription screen when available.
App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
FaxPro asks for camera, photo library, file, contact, and notification access only when those permissions support a feature you choose to use. Information is used to prepare faxes, display history, manage subscriptions, provide support, and improve reliability.
You are responsible for reviewing documents, recipient numbers, sender details, and legal requirements before sending. FaxPro features, plans, limits, and policies may change over time.
